    • The date/time of the export
    • The user name/organisation

Tip: you will find details on the migration here: Data migration

  • If problems persist: support@kundenkartei.ch

A customer does not receive an e‑mail (e.g. an order confirmation)

Problem
Documents or confirmations are sent but do not arrive.

Solution

  • Check the customer’s e‑mail address (send a test mail from your mail program).
  • Ask the customer to check the spam/junk folder and mark the sender as “not spam”.
  • In the Kundenkartei settings: test the sender/SMTP configuration.
  • If cases accumulate: have the domain entries (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) checked.

💬 General FAQ

What is the difference between Go, Web (cloud) and Studio?

  • Kundenkartei Go: mobile use in the browser (smartphone/tablet), ideal when you are out and about.

  • Studio (if used): a local installation/legacy. Data migration to the cloud is possible.

Which licence do I need?
